If the Gap Check is free, why pay for a Readiness Check?
The call is a conversation. You tell us what you have, and we tell you where to start. The Readiness Check is the actual review: we go through your documents and your clinic against your state's rules, then give you a written report and a correction kit. And if you buy a compliance package within 30 days, $500 of the fee comes back as credit.
Is the Readiness Check the same price in person and virtual?
Yes. It's $1,697 either way through October 31, 2026, and $1,997 after. You get the same report and correction kit.
How does a virtual Readiness Check work?
We review your documents in digital form, so we can work with clinics in any state. Before your appointment, send us your manuals, policies and paperwork as PDFs, Word files or clear scans of your binders. We review everything against your state's rules, then meet with you virtually to walk through the report and correction kit.
How does the Readiness Check credit work?
Buy any compliance package within 30 days of your check and $500 of the fee comes back as credit. After October 31, the credit is $375.

Yes. We serve clinics in all 50 states, and every system is written for the state where you practice.
Can you guarantee I'll pass an inspection?
No one honestly can. We prepare your clinic, show you where the gaps are, and give you what you need to close them. Putting it in place day to day is a team effort, and we stay with you while you do.
