Founder & CEO
I never set out to become “the compliance girl.” In 2021, I began my journey as a consultant, helping med spa owners launch and grow with confidence. I offered a mix of business strategy and regulatory support, but it didn’t take long before I saw a deeper problem. Just a year and a half in, I realized the true gap wasn’t in consulting. It was in compliance.
The med spa industry was exploding, but providers had nowhere to turn for clear, state-specific guidance. I knew I had to fill that void and I haven’t looked back since.

In those early days, I printed every page of every compliance manual on my home printer. I slid each one into a sheet protector, by hand, for hours at a time. Sometimes that meant asking my husband and kids to pitch in, turning our living room into an assembly line. It wasn’t glamorous but it mattered. I knew what I was building could make a real difference.
​
And then one day, sitting at my desk, I noticed my Happy Planner. It was a total God moment. I looked at the sleek disc-bound design and thought, What if I could do this for compliance? That one spark changed everything. I did the research, sourced the materials, and created a new system - compliance manuals that were beautiful, efficient, and scalable.
That was the beginning of what you see today at ACE.

I don’t consult anymore because compliance is the job. It’s a full-time, high-stakes, ever-evolving space, and I’m committed to being the industry expert. Every manual we create is built with intention, designed to protect providers, elevate standards, and make compliance not just manageable, but empowering.

And behind all of this? My faith, my family, and a fierce desire to help others build something lasting. Because compliance isn’t just paperwork—it’s peace of mind. It’s your license, your livelihood, and your legacy.

With over ten years of experience in medical administration and a strong background in pharmacy operations, Nicole combines clinical precision with business strategy — making her the powerhouse behind ACE’s client relations and sales systems. As the Sales & Operations Coordinator, she bridges the gap between client onboarding, sales execution, and operational flow, ensuring every detail aligns with ACE’s signature standard of credibility and care.

Nicole’s exceptional attention to detail, quick learning, and natural multitasking mastery make her an invaluable member of the ACE team. She brings calm efficiency to complex processes and a warm, personable approach that clients instantly trust.
Based in Oklahoma, Nicole frequently joins the team at ACE Headquarters in Dallas, Texas, where she collaborates on growth initiatives and keeps projects running seamlessly. Outside of work, she’s a proud mom to two bright and hilarious boys — Hendrix (9) and Ledger (5) — who keep her constantly inspired (and on her toes).

Jwalant (J) Patel, PA-C, is a nationally certified Physician Assistant and leading expert in hormone optimization, functional medicine, and evidence-based weight management. With more than a decade of hands-on clinical experience, J is recognized for his ability to translate complex physiology into actionable, results-driven treatment strategies that help patients restore balance, energy, and performance.

As Founder and Clinical Director of MyFitMed, J leads a multidisciplinary team pioneering advanced protocols in hormone therapy, metabolic health, and regenerative wellness. He owns and operates four MyFitMed clinic locations across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, where his team delivers cutting-edge, personalized care that blends science, technology, and precision medicine. His clinical programs — spanning hormone balancing, vitamin optimization, IV/IM therapy, and functional testing — have helped thousands of patients achieve measurable, lasting transformations.

Within ACE: Aesthetic Compliance Experts, J serves as PA Advisor and Clinical Education Specialist, guiding aesthetic and wellness clinics through the compliant integration of functional medicine, hormone therapy, and medical weight loss programs. He oversees the development of evidence-based protocols, functional lab frameworks, and clinical implementation pathways — ensuring every practice operates with both clinical precision and regulatory alignment.

J’s consulting approach combines education, oversight, and tailored program design. In addition to his advisory role with ACE, J offers independent consulting services for clinics seeking to develop or expand their functional medicine and wellness programs. Through these engagements, he provides expert oversight, customized protocol development, and clinical education designed to help providers integrate hormone therapy, medical weight loss, and functional lab testing in a safe, compliant, and profitable way. He equips providers with the tools to confidently order, interpret, and apply functional medicine lab results — including hormone panels, metabolic markers, micronutrient analysis, and inflammatory profiles — to create personalized wellness and weight-management plans that complement aesthetic procedures and enhance patient outcomes.

Before his career as a PA, J practiced as a pharmacist in India, earned an MBA in Healthcare Management in Ohio, and completed his Physician Assistant degree at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. He also served as a U.S. Army Reserve Physician Assistant Officer, an experience that shaped his disciplined, systems-driven approach to medicine.
Through his unique blend of clinical mastery, leadership, and program architecture, J Patel empowers clinics to expand confidently into the wellness and weight-loss space — delivering safe, compliant, and scientifically grounded results that elevate both patient care and practice credibility.
Dr. Bertram Prosser, MD
ACE Physician Advisor

Dr Prosser brings distinguished training and a diverse clinical background to our organization. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and Harvard University, Dr. Prosser has developed a broad foundation in emergency medicine, aesthetic medicine, and medical weight management.
Dr. Prosser serves as our Physician Advisor, providing ACE with guidance on best practices, safety protocols, clinical standards in aesthetic medicine, and state-specific regulatory considerations. His insight ensures that our work remains both clinically sound and compliant with evolving medical regulations.
