Order Fulfillment Timeline

At Aesthetic Compliance Experts (ACE), each order is crafted with precision and care. Due to the custom nature of our compliance manuals and materials, please allow 7–14 business days for fulfillment. During high-volume periods, fulfillment may take up to 21 business days, though we strive to ship sooner whenever possible.

Shipping Details

All physical products are shipped domestically via FedEx Ground. Once your shipping label is created, you will receive tracking information directly from FedEx to the email provided at checkout.

Shipping is included in the cost of goods—there are no additional shipping fees for standard orders.

Digital Product Delivery

For clients who purchase digital access, files are shared via Google Drive and delivered to your email after your physical order ships. Please ensure your email is entered correctly at checkout to avoid delivery delays.

Delivery Delays

If for any reason your order is delayed beyond the stated timeframe, our team will reach out via email to notify you of the new estimated ship date. While lost packages are rare, if you suspect an issue with your shipment, please contact us immediately.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All products are custom made to order. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

If there is an issue with your order, you have 10 days from delivery to contact us at hello@aestheticcomplianceexperts.com. We are committed to making it right—whether that means correcting a printing error, replacing a damaged item, or resolving another concern within reason.
